These programs are developed to provide a lasting positive impact on your pets grooming experience. Your stylist will work with your pet individually to build trust and a positive relationship. Several programs address a variety of concerns or problems that may prevent your pet from enjoying the grooming process. These programs are great for puppies, seniors, and pets who have experienced negative experiences, have PTSD, or have been dismissed from traditional grooming shops. These programs are scheduled in short sessions outside of your pets’ grooming schedule. A consultation is required to evaluate your pets needs and to learn a little about their history and what they like. Using this information we will recommend the appropriate program and develop enrichment activities that are tailored to your pets interests. Payment for each program is due before your pet is added to the schedule.
Hailes has worked in the grooming industry for 15 years and is a stylist with 12 years of experience. She has crafted her skill over that time by attending education seminars from industry leaders and is working to obtain her Master Grooming certifications. She currently holds certifications as a Canine Professional Groomer (CPG), Certified Canine Esthetician (CCE), and Pet CPR and first aide.
She specializes in creating customized styles that fit both the wants of the Pet Parent and the needs of the pet based on their lifestyle. And has experience in various styles, coat types, and conditions. She adores the bond she gets to develop with each pet through gentle grooming sessions that leave a positive and lasting impact.
During her free time she enjoys reading, binge watching anime, and spending time with her little animal family Bella, Rory, and Madam Linguine the Danger Noodle.
